holds a DEA in communication law and a DESS in multimedia and IT law. Alexandra ATLAN-ELHAIK obtained her Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer in 2003. After having worked in several firms specializing in intellectual property, she joined the corporate world and became Legal Manager of Maison Agnès b.

In 2008, she created her own structure and notably advises numerous ready-to-wear companies, having acquired a perfect knowledge of their profession. Alexandra ATLAN-ELHAIK is an authorized representative of the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) in matters of trademarks and designs. Alexandra ATLAN-ELHAIK is a member of APRAM (Association of Trademark Law Practitioners) and INTA (International Trademark Association).
