A dispute specialist with nearly two decades of experience representing clients across different industries on trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition and domain name matters, he appears before various forums and courts, including the Supreme Court. His understanding of court procedures and methods of handling trial complexities makes him an expert strategist on brand protection. He often represents the firm at international forums such as the International Trademark Association, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the BRICS Forum, and delivers talks on enforcement issues.
