Controversial treaty negotiations almost complete
The full text of the Anti-
Counterfeiting Trade Agreement
(ACTA) has been published,
following the conclusion of the
final round of negotiations in
Japan on October 2 2010. The
meeting in Tokyo saw the parties
to the treaty reach agreement in
principle, with only a few issues
outstanding.
