He started work at one of the most important Italian law firms specializing in industrial property. He gained valuable experience in all fields of Industrial Property and today deals very successfully with patents. He not only pleads in Italian trials before specialist courts and the Italian Court of Cassation but also before Community authorities.
He has also gained specific expertise in advertising law and unfair business practice, providing prior legal advice and legal assistance in disputes before the jury of the Italian advertising standards authority (Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria (IAP)) and before the Italian Competition and Market Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM)).
He writes for the main professional journals, holds seminars and lectures in industrial property and addresses conferences.
