No likelihood of confusion between Vogue magazine and Vogue Fashion Technology Institute, says Karnataka High Court

In a major blow to Advance Magazine Publishers Inc, the owner of Vogue magazine, the court has set aside an order preventing the defendants from using the mark VOGUE as part of the name of their fashion institute.
