Registration of non-traditional visual marks and other changes to the rules on trademarks now in effect

Two circulars recently issued by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines took effect on 14 February 2023. The circulars notably recognise the protection of non-traditional visual trademarks, including colour marks and motion marks.
