Małgorzata Zielińska-Łazarowicz is a lawyer, a Polish patent attorney and a professional representative before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM). She obtained her law degree from the University of Warsaw and completed further postgraduate studies in IP rights and in European law there. Ms Zielińska-Łazarowicz specialises in IP-related enforcement and litigation in the fields of designs and trademarks (including Community designs and Community trademarks), and in unfair competition law. She represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, OHIM and the common and administrative courts. Ms Zielińska-Łazarowicz further has experience in cooperating with customs authorities on border detention matters.
