Market Court rules on ‘bad faith’ relating to unusual circumstances

In a blow to Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Finland Ab, the Market Court has held that its application for a device mark had been made in bad faith - even though the application was linked to the goal of strengthening the protection of its trademark portfolio.
