Michiel Haegens is a certified European and Benelux trademark and design attorney. He is a former president of the BMM and is still active in its legislation committee, as well as in various governmental consultative bodies. Mr Haegens is also active in international IP committees for the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and INTA. He manages and prosecutes international trademark and design portfolios for Dutch and foreign multinationals worldwide.
