Mohamed Khader is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has 22 years experience in IP law and is a leader in anti-counterfeiting enforcement. He is the head of the firm’s anti-counterfeiting unit and deals with anti-counterfeiting, copyright and trademark law, specialising in litigation. He has successfully assisted clients across various industries in developing and executing strategies to enforce against the import and trade in counterfeit goods.

He plays a prominent role in the development of anti-counterfeiting practices and procedures in South Africa and has presented numerous seminars to officials of the Department of Customs and Excise, members of the South African Police Service and state prosecutors employed by the National Prosecuting Authority.
