Mr Samridh Ahuja is an advocate with more than six years of experience in the field of trademark and copyright law. He advises international and domestic clients on both contentious and non-contentious trademark and copyright matters in India. He holds a BA LLB (Hons) degree in law from Jindal Global Law School (OP Jindal Global University) and a master’s degree in law (LLM) with a specialisation in entertainment and media law from USC Gould School of Law (University of Southern California).
He regularly represents clients before trademark registries in matters relating trademark prosecution, maintenance and opposition in India. He also actively represents clients before the Indian Copyright Office.
He actively participates and represents S&A at several events such as the International Trademark Association, the World Intellectual Property Forum and the Global IP Convention.
