Shobhit Agrawal is a managing associate in the Anand and Anand litigation team. He completed his BSc and LLB (hons) from Gujarat National Law University, India, and enrolled as an advocate in 2010 in Delhi. Since then, he has worked extensively with clients for the protection and enforcement of their IP rights, including on issues of brand protection, piracy and online counterfeiting measures, and he has provided other IP contentious and advisory assistance. Mr Agrawal regularly represents clients before various courts in India and has wide experience in litigation strategy, IP commercial advisory work and conducting enforcement actions.
