Shrimant Singh has been advising clients on contentious and non-contentious issues in IPR for over 15 years. He is an expert in fine nuances of protection, monetisation and IP enforcement in India. He holds an engineering degree with a specialisation in electronics and communications, followed by a degree in Law from the University of Delhi.
Shrimant is also a Registered Patent Agent with extensive experience representing clients before patent offices. He has advised several domestic and international clients on patent prosecution and practice in India.
His focus areas are electronics, telecommunication, power, biotechnology, mechanical, instrumentation, medical equipment, electrical, physical chemistry and mining technology. Shrimant often represents the firm at various forums in India and is a frequent commentator on the Indian patent scenario.
