Tom works primarily in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Market Law and IT Law, with a particular focus on strategic advice and dispute resolution in these areas. He represents clients in everything from the fashion industry to technology companies. Tom has many years’ experience of working with several significant cases in this area. He is frequently hired as a speaker on the above subjects and lectures regularly at institutions including Uppsala University. Tom has written a large number of articles on the subject of Intellectual Property Law, including for the World Trademark Review, Dagens Handel and JP Infonet.
