Youth organisation overcomes refusal to register ‘slang’ mark

A non-governmental youth organisation which organises social responsibility campaigns for young people under the name ‘Man ne dzin’ has overcome the State Patent Bureau’s objection to the registration of the mark MAN NE DZIN on absolute grounds.
