Aimin Huo is a trademark attorney at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and an LLM from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York. He focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, enforcement, anti-unfair competition, border enforcement of IP rights and IP infringement investigations with expertise and hands-on experience on strategic IP protection planning and execution of anti-counterfeiting actions and trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation.
