Amanda Liu is a senior attorney-at-law who has been working with Saint Island International Patent & Law Offices since 2003. Having received an LLM Degree from National Taiwan University and has been a member of the Taipei Bar since 2002, Amanda is an experienced litigator and has handled many successful and complicated cases on behalf of the world’s well-known companies before the Intellectual Property Commercial Court.  Amanda advises clients on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including prosecution of trademarks, opinions on validity and infringement, consulting on litigation guidance, and drafting and negotiation of IP-related agreements.  With broad experience of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, Amanda is specialized in providing clients with professional and high-quality legal advice tailored to client’s specific needs, especially in the fields of luxury goods, entertainment, tech, and pharmaceutical.
