Ben leads Simmons & Simmons Solutions, our International Practice Group which houses the capabilities, teams, products and services that work hand-in-glove with our practice groups to provide our clients with the enhanced offerings they rightly expect of a law firm in the 21st century. Comprised of our eDiscovery solutions, flexible resourcing (Adaptive), data science and legal engineering (Simmons Wavelength), product development and management (New Business), service optimisation and legal project management (Service Excellence) teams and our enviable array of digital products and productised services (including the trailblazing 'navigator' platform) - Solutions provides the access needed by our clients and practice groups to the capabilities, skillsets and technology that allow us to build truly differentiated offerings and solve our clients most complex problems.

Prior to being appointed to this role, Ben was our Innovation and Business Change Director having joined the firm from the UK Takeover Panel where he was Chief Operating Officer for two and a half years following a 15 year career in the British Army.
