Esther works in various practices areas, including trademarks, patents, copyright, designs and unfair competition. She represents well-known brands in the fashion, luxury goods and cosmetics sectors and, also works in patents involving high-profile clients in the telecommunications sector (in particular, she has gained experience in the field of essential patents).
In addition to litigation, she also provides assistance to clients in contract matters concerning intangible assets and distribution agreements. Esther also writes regularly for various IP publications covering topics such as nontraditional trademarks, the new trademark challenges brought by information society services, copyright in the fashion field, or the interface between patents and trade secrets
Since 2018 she is a regular lecturer on the Master Degree on IT, Social Network and IP in ESADE, and recently she has also been a lecturer of IP law at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra (2023).
