With more than 15 years’ experience, Feride Utku specialises in both prosecution and litigation matters. She has been with Deriş since 2008 and is part of the trademark and litigation departments and head of the anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy teams. Her work focuses on counterfeits and complex litigation matters involving trademarks, designs and copyright issues.

Ms Utku has been involved in numerous anti-counterfeiting projects for worldwide brands. Her work in the fight against counterfeits includes forming strategies, organising and leading the team for simultaneous raids. She is also experienced in handling anti-generic programmes, including clearance actions, monitoring and continuous clearance services. She became a partner in 2020.
