Florian Stoll provides legal advice in all areas of intellectual property law and distribution law. The focal points of his legal advice encompass trademark, competition, and design law. In these areas, he represents numerous internationally active manufacturers of trademarks and luxury articles, to whom he provides legal advice concerning, among other things, product launches, marketing campaigns and issues pertaining to advertising.
After his education and clerkship, which he completed at, among other institutions, the German consulate in Milan and at a major Hamburg international law firm focusing on antitrust, Mr. Stoll worked as a research assistant at the international law firm Hogan Lovells in patent law while earning his doctorate in civil litigation, which he completed in 2015. Subsequently, from 2015 through 2018 Mr. Stoll was an attorney at Hogan Lovells in the practice group for IP/ media/technology, focusing on trademark law.
Mr. Stoll publishes regularly in professional legal journals such as GRUR-Prax and is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR). Mr. Stoll speaks German, English and Italian and also has a working knowledge of Spanish and Greek.
