From September 30, 2022, the BOPI, which publishes the decisions of the INPI on designs and models and the decisions of the Director General of the INPI, can be consulted on DATA INPI. With this new format, you can better target your search, consult more complete information and use different features. Publications at BOPI concerning Trademarks and Patents will be in this same format in 2023.
