Merve Macit studied at Boğaziçi University and Washington College, and attended short-term courses at West London Business College.
She completed her internship at CNN Turk and Henkel before starting her career in the IP industry in 2007 At Stock, she is the co-director of the trademarks department, offering consultancy, assistance and guidance to her team and clients in all aspects of trademarks and domain names, including trademark clearance, domain name and trademark filing, and prosecution and maintenance. She also has extensive experience in trademark oppositions, domain name complaints and settlement proceedings.
She is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and INTA, and has been ranked among the world’s leading trademark professionals by WTR 1000.
