Tuan Nguyen is a managing partner at Bizconsult Law Firm. He has been practising business law since 1988, advising and providing professional services to both foreign and Vietnamese clients on all aspects of Vietnamese law. He has vast experience in drafting legal documents and assisting foreign investors to complete procedures prescribed by laws for obtaining all licences, permits and approvals from local authorities for their investment and business in Vietnam. Mr Nguyen graduated with an LLB from Hanoi University and a BA in trade management from Hanoi Commerce University, Vietnam. He is admitted to the Hanoi Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
