Pavarut Siralert is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department in Bangkok. He provides a wide range of legal services to both domestic and international companies in various industries, including trademark registration and prosecution, patent and design applications, and intellectual property litigation, to ensure that clients benefit from the maximum level of protection for their intellectual assets.

An experienced civil and criminal litigator, Pavarut assists clients in complex and high-value cases to enforce intellectual property rights. He also works with investors and corporate clients to build strategies for investigating potential infringement to determine the best course of enforcement action.

Pavarut holds an LLB from Ramkhamhaeng University and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex. His studies abroad have extended his legal understanding to cover UK and European case law and legislation, such as the UK Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Pavarut is a qualified lawyer, a notarial services attorney, a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, and an extraordinary member of the Thai Bar Association.
