Ms Yanping Gu joined China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd in 2019 after graduation from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She has practised intellectual property law as a paralegal at CPA since 2019, with more than five years of experience in intellectual property matters. She is familiar with intellectual property practices in China, including trademark clearance, registration, prosecution and dispute resolution, as well as copyright and customs matters. She has participated in many trademark cases, including trademark license, assignment, and change of name or address recordals, as well as trademark reviews of refusals, oppositions, invalidations and cancellations.
