We all have a responsibility and an opportunity to create meaningful change within both the IP community and the groups that surround us. This report examines industry data and hears first hand from those on the ground to uncover the steps being taken to improve the DEI landscape. Offering pro bono services and collaborating with the types of charities and organisations highlighted in this report is one way to improve systems and opportunities. Questioning existing processes and acting as mentors and allies to those around us is another. But there is still a long way to go. This report aims to encourage the open conversations needed for the IP industry to steer the ship for the legal profession.
